Services Refund Policy
Digital Marketing Services
- Consultation Services:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
- Ongoing Services (Social Media Management, Content Creation, etc.):
- For monthly service packages, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
- Once a monthly service period has begun, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of that month.
- If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within the first 7 days of service commencement to discuss potential adjustments or refunds.
- Custom Projects:
- For custom projects with agreed-upon milestones, refunds are available only for work not yet completed.
- A 25% administrative fee may be applied to refunds for custom projects to cover initial planning and resources allocated.
- Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Digital Products Refund Policy
- E-books and Digital Planners:
- Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or replacement.
- Online Courses:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our online courses.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content and submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Physical Products Refund Policy
For physical products (such as printed planners, notebooks, or merchandise):
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
